Episode #1 - Welcome to 7 IRON Golf
At 7 IRON Golf, we bring the game indoors so you can play, practice, and improve year-round. With five locations across Canada — including Halifax, Timberlea, Dartmouth, Hammonds Plains, and Moncton — and a brand-new Calgary, Alberta facility opening December 2025, there’s always a place to tee it up. Our facilities are built for recreational play, leagues, and private events, all powered by state-of-the-art TrackMan technology. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, our PGA of Canada Professionals offer private and group lessons to help you take your game to the next level.

Episode #2 - How To Book!
Booking your next round at 7 IRON Golf is quick and easy! In this video, we’ll walk you through every step of the process — from visiting our website to swinging away inside one of our state-of-the-art TrackMan simulators. Here’s how it works: - Go to www.7golf.ca - Sign in or create your account - Select your location (Halifax, Timberlea, Dartmouth, Hammonds Plains, Moncton, or coming soon — Calgary!) - Choose your date and time - Checkout to confirm your booking - You’ll receive two codes – one for door access, and another for your TrackMan bay Play, practice, or join a league — all just a few clicks away.
Episode #3 - Arriving at 7 IRON
In this video, we’ll walk you through how to enter any of our facilities and start your round in minutes. Each location operates with two simple access codes: Door Code – unlocks the front entrance. Trackman Code – activates your simulator for your booked time. Once you’ve booked online at www.7golf.ca, your confirmation email includes both codes. Just arrive, punch them in, and enjoy world-class Trackman technology, private bays, and unlimited year-round golf — anytime, day or night.
